Profess Time Manager is available wherever you have access to a web browser.
You have the option of using our Journal-style interface with its easy drag-and-drop facility or a traditional grid-style time sheet.
Time is automatically costed based on Staff rates with up to 10 different cost and charge rates per member of staff. You can optionally override
the standard basis of charging at various levels, including per Project or Activity.
Profess Time Manager allows you to turn on or off automatic flexitime calculation, leave management and expenses.
Time can be booked by Project, Activity and Task, although you choose the depth or level of detail required of your staff.
You have control over user security, assigning rights in groups, enabling to restrict access or turn items on or off to meet your needs.
Time Manager recognises different work patterns and week patterns, and including standard Bank Holidays or operational closes globally or per Team
level - writing these directly to staff timesheets automatically.
Projects can be estimated/quoted for, planned and then billed for. Planning allows you to compare what your target time was for a particular
job and what the actual time came in at (based on time sheets). You can do this at per Project or drill down to Activity or Task.
